Return and Refund Policy

How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order date for refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge.

How do I return my item(s)?
simply let us know by email to refund@soirty.com if you want to return your items back for REFUND.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?
YES we will provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label however, a $5.95 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items.

How do I ship my return items?
Once you receive the  prepaid shipping label to the package, send your return item(s) Please drop off your package with the return shipping label attached to your nearest USPS drop off location, postal facility or with a USPS mail carrier.

Make sure All items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.   
If we do not receive the complete set, we will not process your return till we receive the remaining pieces of the set.

Please verify all items will work for you. Only Once 1 (one) return USPS label will be issued per order and we cannot issue another USPS label for the same order again.

How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. 
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. 
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.

Can I exchange?
NO we do not offer exchanges if you need a different size or color you can place a new order immediately or wait for your refund.

You shipped a wrong or defective item to me
This rarely happens, however in the event that we ship the wrong style or size from what was ordered or a defective item, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label and re-ship a new one to you. If your item is defective, please reach out to us at contact@soirty.com and we will work to remedy your issues.

What are the items are nonreturnable?
All items purchased are returnable within 30 days, excluding items listed below: 
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags

Items are not returnable if worn, altered, or tags removed
Items marked as final sale
Items marked 25% OFF or higher
All items that cover the crotch
All Panties are final sale items
All Hosiery are final sale items
All Bodystockings are final sale items
Free gifts and promotional items with retail value
Items with tags removed.
Items not returned in original packaging.
Items not returned as a complete set.
Shipping charges

For the health of our customers and staff, the following items are not eligible for returns and will be disposed of without refund.

Items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
Items that are soiled or stained.
Items that have been laundered.

Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
