Processing time usually takes 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) and delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday through Friday.

Orders with multiple items are shipped in more than one package, you won't be charged any additional fees.

It can take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active once received.

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. 

If the delivery time frame has passed and/or the tracking on your order shows delivered and you have not received your order, please ensure the following steps are taken prior to contacting customer service.
Please - Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.
